Thinking about how to make the branches look nice and at the same time have a meaningful interpretation

I came up with the idea of them being the length of the amount of conversations of that day 

They're read from left to right

A thought about this: how impactful is language and writing that our brains are wired to automatically read from left to right and make sense of it
